I enjoy making restaurant dish references and this particular strip is no different. I used to cook at a place in a little town near us that was -and still is- called LaCantina and they had this dish, basically an enormous bowl of seafood stew called a Cioppino. This monster had six or eight different beasts from the deep swimming around in it and it was a trial to consume, let me tell you. But, for sixteen ninety-five, it was a bargain in any language. I've eaten several. Not today, that would be sick.
